From enquiry to arrival

You enquire
From your first email to arrival day you deal with Mark, our co-owner. Dates, prices, extra beds, special requests: no question goes unanswered, and his WhatsApp is always on.

You book
A 40% deposit secures your week, with the balance due twelve weeks before you travel. Everything is confirmed in writing, with no surprises.

Before you fly
A simple secure guest portal takes care of the legal formalities required for holiday lets in Portugal. Meanwhile our concierge can stock the fridge, book your transfer and have cots and high chairs waiting.

You arrive
Our villa manager greets you in person, shows you around and explains how everything works, from the pool to the sauna. Then the villa is yours.

Throughout your stay
The team on the ground is a call away, and Mark the Concierge can arrange chefs, boats, tables and celebrations all week long. One group has come back every winter for five years running; we like to think that is why.
Concierge
Everything your group needs, arranged for you
Our own concierge service, Mark the Concierge, is run personally by Mark, the villa's co-owner, with a trusted network of suppliers across the western Algarve. New for 2026 and already a favourite with our guests. Quotes are no-obligation and confirmed before you commit to anything.
Private chefs & catering
Local chefs cook, serve and clean up in the villa: a one-off celebration dinner, a weekly meal plan, or a barbecue by the pool, with menus tailored to your group.
Fridge stocking
Send a shopping list and walk in to a full fridge: chilled drinks, breakfast essentials and local produce waiting when you arrive. No supermarket run on day one.
Transfers & car hire
Private airport transfers sized for your whole group, child seats included, plus car hire delivered to the villa door.
Boat trips & activities
Private charters to the Benagil caves, dolphin watching, wine tastings, surf lessons and guided day trips, all with operators we would use ourselves.
Wellness at the villa
In-villa massages, group yoga on the terrace and personal training. Perfect for retreats, celebrations, or switching off properly.
Baby equipment
Cots, high chairs, monitors and buggies delivered to the villa before you arrive and collected when you leave, so you can travel light.
Holiday photography
Capture the week with Massimo Pardini, our recommended photographer: Algarve-based, with a background shooting for fashion brands such as Dirk Bikkembergs and Fay, and now specialising in golden-hour family sessions and surprise proposal shoots along the coast. Ask Mark to arrange a session during your stay.
Special occasions
Birthdays, anniversaries, proposals, parties and weddings: flowers, cakes, photographers and live music, with up to 70 guests welcome on the day by arrangement. Tell us the occasion and we will make it one to remember (see the FAQ for how events work).
