Two ways to partner with us

Commission. You sell at the prices published on our rates page and we pay you a commission on every confirmed booking. Simple, transparent, and your clients pay exactly what they would pay anywhere.

Net rate. Our published rates are your net price: you set your own selling price and keep the margin. The one rule is rate parity, partners may not advertise Villa Lux Luz below our published rates.

Exact terms on request. We keep them fair, simple and quick to agree.

Tools for partners

Live availability can sync straight into your system by iCal feed, so you never sell a booked week. We provide a full photo and asset pack (professionally shot, July 2026), floor plans, and listing copy ready to adapt. Booking terms are published openly on our terms page; the contracting company is Glenville Property Limited.
