A great villa to stay in the a group. Perfect for our family from 2 to 80 years old. 10 rooms each with a private bathroom. Great outdoor kitchen where we spent most of the time together. A wonderful time was had by all.

Great villa for large groups, ideal for golf and beaches. Outside dinning area is well stocked, beds comfortable, lounge huge, pool & hot tub relaxing. Geoff, was very helpful with all the info regarding the villa. Would book again.

We spent a week at the villa in October with 3 generations of our family, a total of 15 people. It was an incredible stay. The villa is beautiful with lots of space to lounge around, eat and laugh together, but also enough space to chill on your own by the pool if you choose. It is close to town for opportunities to dine out, close to the beach and a great jumping off spot to visit the Algarves.

The Villa has a wonderful BBQ area to enjoy outdoor cooking and eating or just sit around enjoying drinks and conversations.

All in all, it was a fabulous vacation. Dealing with Mark during the booking process, and Geoff as our on-site host, who was very helpful in supplying places to visit or dine around the area, made our stay at the Villa seamless. The memories we created there will last a life time.

A perfect house to spend winter away from cold weather in a large company of friends and family.

For the past few years, I’ve spent one to two months at the beginning of each year with a group of friends at Villa Lux Luz…

We were 20 persons and the Villa was perfect. Large clean pool, nice bbq area and plenty of sunbeds. The rooms were also very nice with comfortable beds.

No need for rental car with Uber/Bolt just minutes away. The host was proactive and also responded quickly when we had questions. Highly recommended. Will probably come back next year!

My family and I have just returned from a stay in this beautiful villa in Praia da Luz, and we cannot fault a single thing during our stay.

From the simple booking process to transparent communication with the owner and our dealings with the property manager on-site, we have had the best holiday experience!

The villa is set back from the main road, but still, the town and shops/bars/restaurants are a gentle 15-minute stroll away.

As agreed, Geoff met us at the villa on arrival and showed us around with a list of instructions and information. It was first-rate!

The villa itself is massive! The kids loved playing in the heated pool, and there was a fabulous dining area outside where we sat and ate most nights! Excellent service, fantastic property and first-rate service. We’ve already booked to go again next year!

My family and I recently enjoyed staying at Villa Lux Luz. We’re looking forward to returning next year because our stay was fantastic.

One of the best things about our stay was the many available facilities and amenities. We had everything we needed for a comfortable and fun stay at the villa. Making meals in the large, well-equipped kitchen was easy, and the living areas were warm and inviting.

The bedrooms were comfortable, so we all slept well. … The Wi-Fi was superfast. There was a big-screen TV and air conditioning.

The villa was in a good location. We could walk to restaurants, shops, and Praia da Luz’s beautiful beach in less than 20 minutes. I highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation spot in Praia da Luz. See you next year!

Quinta Oceane in Luz was perfect for our party of 20 guests, including 9 children aged 2 - 17. The rooms were spacious and each had their own on-suite bathroom. The pool was a good size, I had to pay extra for heating it but it was worth it for the kids! The communal areas were great for eating especially the outside bbq area. The host Geoff was friendly and helpful with checking in and advice. We all had an amazing time!

The Villa was amazing and definitely spacious enough for large groups. The host was also extremely communicative, would highly recommend.

Fantastic value for money, a group of 19 of us between the ages of 20 - 27 rented the villa for a week in late April. Couldnt quite belive the size of the property as well as the outside space with its bar and BBQ area, Hot Tub, mini court and swimming pool. I know as most do that pictures don’t do hotels, hostels or private accommodation justice. If anything the pictures undsrsell this property. Doug and the in country team were excellent with pre departure information and on site management. Local taxis were polite and friendly, the restaurants we ate at were high quality, Lagos isn’t too far for some lively bars etc. To be honest the Villa provided than enough for us to want spend a few nights and days in. We will happily return and recommend a stay here to any similar groups. Loved it.

Amazing villa with great value for money

The host, Doug, was very friendly. He helped find us a restaurant for diner for the whole group and also came to help fix the lights of the swimming pool.

The villa is huge! We comfortably had 18 people of mixed ages holidaying together. The outside area is fantastic & very sociable. We loved the pool but would definitely recommend you pay to have it heated! The hot tub got well used during our week long stay. I would recommend you hire a car though it is walkable to Luz beach & shops! We tried several restaurants in Luz which we all enjoyed & the beach is gorgeous! Doug was great with communication and we received our full breakages deposit back very promptly on our return! We all loved every minute and would love to go back again in the future!

Our stay at Quinta Oceane was everything we hoped it would be. The house has everything you could possibly need for a week of fun in the sun. We all had an amazing time and really did not want to come home! The location is quiet and within a comfortable walk to the beach and a gorgeous ice cream shop. Loved the outdoor kitchen/bbq area at the house, didn’t feel the need to go out for dinner every night as we loved bbq’s with fish bought from the fish market in Lagos that morning! That is an experience worth trying! The best thing about the holiday was not hearing any complaints from the kids, they were far too busy in the pool and playing table tennis, they had a whole week without watching TV! I would definitely recommend this villa and hope to visit again soon!

The villa was beautifully presented and luxurious as advertised. The jewel in the crown of this villa is its outside areas, specifically the outside dining/BBQ area with plentiful seating for relaxing and dining outdoors not to mention the separate fridges for drinks and handy dishwasher and sinks for the necessary tidy up afterwards. The pool was fantastic and we loved the table tennis table and volleyball area also…

We stayed in Quinta Oceane for a week long golf holiday in both 2014 and 2015. The villa was easily big enough for our group of 10 golfers providing each of us with en-suite facilities. The internal lounge and kitchen areas easily accommodate large groups and the external pool are is simply magnificent with a large pool, brand new spa, table tennis, barbecue and seating areas. The villa is ideally located for access to many golf courses and is an easy walk into Luz for the beach and evening entertainment. Our group has been golfing in the Algarve for the past 15 years and this villa is the best one we have stayed in by far.

This was a family celebration for 15 people, ranging from 1-65 years old. Theresa was there to welcome us and show us around and we found the villa was perfect for everything we needed. She was easily contactable throughout the week to answer any questions etc. The children spent most of their time in the swimming pool - the toddler pool was also greatly appreciated!… Plenty of sunbeds and shades provided the perfect setting to relax by the pool.

Our stay in Quinta Oceane was absolute fabulous. We enjoyed having that big private zone where the grown-ups could relax and the children play and swim as much as they wanted. The place was well organised and well equipped, and the manager very helpful. The village with shops and restaurantes, and the beaches were only a walking-distance away, but far enough to make Quinta Oceane a peaceful place. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful week, the weather was perfect and villa superb and fully up to expectations. The villa a bit further away from the town/beach than we expected, but this was not a problem because the pool and villa were so good.
