Villa Lux Luz is a spacious private villa in Praia da Luz, just a 10-minute drive from Lagos. Designed for large families, group holidays, retreats, and special celebrations, the villa offers generous indoor and outdoor space where guests can stay together, unwind, and enjoy the Algarve sunshine.
The villa comfortably accommodates up to 20 guests across 10 en-suite bedrooms, with additional capacity available on request. Large communal areas, sea-view terraces, and private gardens make it an ideal setting for groups who want both shared space and privacy.
Outside, the villa is designed for long days in the sun. Guests can relax beside the large private swimming pool, enjoy meals from the outdoor kitchen and BBQ area, unwind in the jacuzzi beneath the pergola, or spend time in the gardens and activity areas.
With a sauna, gym, outdoor dining space for large groups, and plenty of room to spread out, Villa Lux Luz offers the perfect base for exploring the Algarve while enjoying the privacy of your own villa.

Our story
Known in the town as Quinta Oceane
Jim Kerr of Simple Minds owned this villa in the early eighties, and Bono is among the famous names to have stayed. Today it belongs to two brothers-in-law whose family fell for Praia da Luz on a holiday in 2013, and it has been their pride and project ever since.

A great villa to stay in the a group. Perfect for our family from 2 to 80 years old. 10 rooms each with a private bathroom. Great outdoor kitchen where we spent most of the time together. A wonderful time was had by all.
