Villa Walkthrough

Photos and floor plans only tell half the story, so let us show you around. This walkthrough follows the villa the way you would on arrival day: in through the front door, around the living spaces, up and down to the bedrooms, then out to the pool, gardens and, finally, down the hill to the beach. You arrive through private gates to parking for the whole group. From the outside you can already see the scale of the place: 700 m² of living space over three floors, wrapped in gardens on a quiet lane above Praia da Luz.

The front door opens onto the villa’s main floor. The living room is a genuine 74 m², big enough for all 20 of you at once, with the dining room and a fully equipped kitchen (plus its own laundry) alongside. There is a second dining and bar area for long lunches, and two of the ten twin en-suite bedrooms are on this floor for anyone who prefers to skip the stairs. A spiral staircase links all three floors at the centre of the villa.

Up the spiral stairs, the top floor holds four twin en-suite bedrooms, including the largest in the villa. Some open onto balconies and roof terraces with views over the gardens to the sea. Every bedroom in the villa is a twin with its own bathroom, and the beds can be pushed together on request, so nobody argues over who gets the “good room”.

Down at garden level are four more twin en-suites, opening towards the pool terraces, so early swimmers can slip straight out without waking the house. The garage and storage are down here too.

Outside is where the villa really earns its keep. A covered lounge and huge outdoor dining table sit beside the pool terrace, with sun loungers and day beds around the private pool (heating available as an optional extra). Beyond that: lawns, a badminton court, and an elevated terrace where the sea fills the horizon.

Tucked beside the pool terrace, the annexe holds the gym and the sauna, and outside it the jacuzzi bubbles away under its pergola next to the outside bar and BBQ area. All three are available as optional extras, see what’s included.

As the light fades the terraces come into their own: drinks at the outside bar, dinner under the pergola, and a lit pool glowing in the garden.

And when you are ready, Praia da Luz beach is a 15-minute stroll away: golden sand, calm water and a promenade of cafés and restaurants. That is the tour, the only thing left is to pick your week.
